多层螺旋CT三期增强扫描在诊断早期子宫内膜癌中的应用

摘要

Objective:To explore the value of spiral CT contrast enhanced scanning in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma.Method:11 patients with endometrial carcinoma from June 2009 to June 2010 in our hospital who were confirmed by pathological examination were selected,3 patients inⅠperiod,4 patients in Ⅱperiod,2 patients in Ⅲperiod,and 2 patients in Ⅳperiod.Patients were given enhanced multi-slice spiral CT scanning in the week before the operation.The lesion,stage,cancerous blood vessels were measured.Result:It was showed that there were 3 patients inⅠperiod,4 patients inⅡperiod,1 patients in Ⅲperiod,and 3 patients in Ⅳperiod.The coincidence rate of Ⅰand Ⅱperiod was 100%,Ⅲperiod was 50.0%,and the Ⅳperiod was 66.7%. Therefore the spiral CT contrast enhanced scanning had higher accuracy in early diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma.Conclusion:Spiral CT contrast enhanced scanning could made a more objective and accurate detection of endometrial cancer,especially in the detection of early cancer.It could be used as a diagnostic tool for early endometrial cancer.%目的：探讨多层螺旋CT三期增强扫描在诊断早期子宫内膜癌中的应用。方法：选取2009年6月-2010年6月来笔者所在医院就诊的11例子宫内膜癌的患者，均经过实验室和病理检查证实，其中子宫内膜癌的临床分期中，Ⅰ期3例，Ⅱ期4例，Ⅲ期2例，Ⅳ期2例。在患者术前1周时间均进行多层螺旋CT三期增强扫描，分别测量子宫内膜癌的病变情况、分期、癌变血管的显示率以及显示程度，并进行统计。结果：通过多层螺旋CT三期增强扫描显示，Ⅰ期3例，Ⅱ期4例，Ⅲ期1例，Ⅳ期3例。Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期与临床的符合率为100%，Ⅲ期的符合率为50.0%，Ⅳ期的符合率为66.7%。多层螺旋CT三期增强扫描对子宫内膜癌的早期诊断的准确率会更高。结论：多层螺旋CT三期增强扫描对子宫内膜癌可以做出较为客观准确的检测，尤其是癌症的早期的检出率会更高，可以作为子宫内膜癌早期的诊断工具。
