超高压液相色谱法测定马鞭草中齐墩果酸的含量

摘要

目的：建立超高压液相色谱法测定马鞭草中齐墩果酸的含量。方法：采用超高压液相色谱法(UPLC)测定马鞭草中齐墩果酸的含量，色谱柱zorbax RX-SIL(250 mm×4.6 mm，2.5μm)；流动相：乙腈溶液和0.1％冰醋酸；柱温30℃；检测波长210 nm。结果：齐墩果酸在0.006~10.06 mg/ml范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为99.7％，RSD为1.25％。结论：本法灵敏度高，重复性好，可为马鞭草质量控制提供参考。%Objective:To establish a method for the determination of oleanolic acid in verbena officinalis L by UPLC.Method:Using the ultrahigh pressure liquid chromatography (UPLC) determination of the content of oleanolic acid in verbena,RP-HPLC was carried out on a zorbax RX-SIL column (250 mm×4.6 mm,2.5μm).The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.1%acetic aci .The column remained at 30℃and the detection wave length was at 210 nm.Result:This methods has good linearity in the range of 0.006-10.06 mg/ml,the average recovery was 99.7%(RSD=1.25%).Conclusion:This method is credible and good reproducibility. It can be an efective method for the quality of verbena officinalis L.
