20例男性腺性膀胱炎的临床特点与诊治体会

摘要

目的：探讨男性腺性膀胱炎的临床特点与诊治效果。方法：对笔者所在医院收治的20例男性腺性膀胱炎患者经膀胱镜检和病变组织活检明确诊断后行经尿道膀胱病变电切术，术后予以表柔比星膀胱灌注治疗，部分患者加用口服盐酸坦索罗辛胶囊。结果：所有病例均获得随访，随访时间6~24个月，平均12.5个月，其中症状完全缓解、复查膀胱镜未见异常12例，症状部分缓解、复查膀胱镜未见异常7例，症状部分缓解1例，术后14个月复查膀胱镜，镜下和活检提示复发，仍为腺性膀胱炎。结论：男性腺性膀胱炎患者临床症状多变，确诊后行经尿道膀胱病变电切术，术后予以口服盐酸坦索罗辛胶囊及表柔比星膀胱灌注治疗，效果较好，但需术后定期随访。%Objective:To discuss the clinical features and treatment effect of male cystitis glandularis.Method:20 cases of male cystitis glandularis admitted in our hospital were diagnosed by cystoscopy and pathological examination,treated with transurethral resection and bladder instillation of epirubicin,some patients were given oral administration of tamsulosin hydrochloride.Result:The follow up ranged from 6 to 24 months(mean 12.5 mouths).0f all patients,12 were fully cured,7 were improved,1 case with male cystitis glandularis was relapsed in 14 months later.Conclusion:Male cystitis glandularis has varied clinical symptoms.Combining of the transurethral resection and bladder instillation of epirubicin and some patients with oral administration of tamsulosin hydrochloride can be effective.Postoperative regular follow-up and rechecked by cystoscope is necessary.
