口腔冲洗器治疗固定正畸患者牙龈炎疗效分析

摘要

目的：探讨口腔冲洗器治疗固定正畸患者牙龈炎的临床疗效。方法：选取笔者所在医院2013年5月-2014年1月收治的90例行口腔正畸术患者作为研究对象，分为观察组与对照组，每组45例。对照组采用常规刷牙的方式护理口腔卫生，观察组在常规刷牙的基础上加用口腔冲洗器护理口腔卫生，分析比较两组患者的临床疗效及患者的满意度情况。结果：治疗前，两组患者菌斑指数、牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过3个月治疗，两组患者三项指数均较治疗前增长，比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；且观察组增长幅度低于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：口腔冲洗器在固定正畸患者牙龈炎的治疗中效果显著，有效改善患者口腔卫生，改善患者的牙周组织健康，值得临床推广应用。%Objective:To investigate the efficacy analysis of oral irrigator in treating gingivitis of orthodontic patients.Method:90 orthodontic patients from May 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given regular brushing,and the observation group was given oral irrigator based on control group.Analyzd and compard the clinical efficacy and satisfaction situation.Result:Compare the plaque index,gingival index and sulcular bleeding index of the two groups before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,three indexes all increased compared with before and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect is significant of oral irrigator in treating gingivitis of orthodontic patients.It can improve the periodontal tissue of the patients and is worthy of clinical application.
