老年急性上消化道出血患者特点及临床处理分析

摘要

目的：探讨老年急性上消化道出血患者特点及临床处理。方法：回顾性分析40例老年急性上消化道出血患者(观察组)和40例中青年急性上消化道出血患者(对照组)的临床资料，比较两组患者伴发病、消化系统症状、并发症、漏诊与误诊、心理状态、出血停止时间、死亡等方面的差异。结果：观察组存在伴发病、并发症、漏诊与误诊、不良心理反应、出血停止时间、死亡均高于对照组(P<0.05)，观察组存在消化系统症状低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：老年人急性上消化道出血发病率高，具有自身特征，应尽早行胃镜检查明确诊断，注意病情的轻重缓急，密切观察病情变化，及时调整治疗方案，重视其伴随疾病，积极预防和治疗并发症。%Objective:To investigate the characteristics and clinical treatment of elderly patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Method:The clinical data of 40 cases senile(the observation group) and 40 cases young(the control group) acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively,different disease,digestive system symptoms,complications,misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,mental state,the time of bleeding stopping, death etc of two groups were compared.Result:The different disease,complications,misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,mental state,the time bleeding of stopping,death of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the existence of digestive system symptoms of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in elderly patients with high incidence rate,it has its own characteristics,gastroscopy as soon as possible a clear diagnosis,attention to the condition of the order of priority,close observation of changes in condition, adjust treatment,pay attention to its associated diseases,active prevention and treatment of complications.
