髋关节置换术治疗高龄患者髋部骨折的临床疗效

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical minimally effect of hip replacement for elderly hip fracture,in order to improve the level of clinical diagnosis and therapy.Method:90 cases of elderly hip fracture from February 2011 to February 2013 in this study were divided into two groups,45 cases in each group,the control group was given PFNA treatment,the observation group was treated with hip replacement,the clinical effect were compared.Result:The excellent rate in the control group was 80.00%,the total effective rate was 91.11%,the observation group was 80.00% and 93.33%.There were no significant difference(P>0.05);the operative time,drainage volume,the total amount of bleeding,the total length of incision,preoperative hospitalization time,bed time,hospital stay, complications,etc in two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinically effect of hip replacement for hip fractures in elderly is significant,but it should make individualized treatment plan combined with age,bone status,comorbidities,and fracture type.%目的:探讨髋关节置换手术治疗高龄髋部骨折临床效果,以期提高临床诊治水平.方法:选取2011年2月-2013年2月收治的90例高龄髋部骨折患者为研究对象,分成两组,每组45例,对照组予以PFNA治疗,观察组予以髋关节置换术治疗,比较两组治疗后临床效果.结果:对照组优良率80.00%,总有效率91.11%,观察组优良率为80.00%,总有效率为93.33%.两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组手术时间、引流量、总出血量、总切口长度、术前住院时间、下床时间、住院天数、并发症等比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:髋关节置换手术治疗高龄髋部骨折临床效果显著,但要结合年龄、骨质状况、合并症和骨折类型,做到个体化治疗方案.
