广泛性焦虑障碍的病因机制与治疗综述

摘要

Generalized anxiety disorder(GAD) is a chronic anxiety disorder,receiving more academic attention recently because of its high incidence, low cure rate and high probability of relapse.This paper briefly expounds the different theories on the pathogenesis of GAD as well as the corresponding treatment methods and on this basis puts forward personal views on the pathogenesis of GAD and corresponding therapy.%广泛性焦虑障碍(GAD)作为一种慢性焦虑障碍，因其发病率高，治愈率较低，且易复发而受到学界重视，本文简要阐述了各大学派对GAD发病机制的观点和相应的治疗方法，并在此基础上提出个人对GAD发病机制的观点及对应的疗法。
