护士遭受工作场所欺负与人格特征的相关研究

     

摘要

目的:探讨护士遭受工作场所欺负行为的现状及其与护士人格特征之间的关系。方法:方便选取汕头市两家综合医院共计180名护士,用负性行为问卷(NAQ-R)和艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(EPQ-RSC)进行调查。结果:受试(n=148)未受欺负者82名,占55.4%,遭受欺负者65名,占43.9%;遭受严重欺负者为1名,占0.7%。不同婚姻状况、受教育程度、职称护士的负性行为问卷得分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);神经质人格特征对护士遭受欺负具有显著影响(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论:护士工作场所中存在着欺负行为,其人格特征对遭受欺负行为有显著影响,应引起护理管理者重视。%Objective:To describe the actualities of nurse’s bullying at work and its relationship with personality characteristics.Method:Totally 148 nurses from two hospitals in Shantou were selected by convenience sampling.They were assessed with the Negative Acts Questionnaire(NAQ-R) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ-RSC).The data was processed with SPSS 19.0.Result:Present situation of clinical nurse bullying at work:43.9% of nurses participating in the research had encountered bullying at work in the last 6 months.There were no significant differences among marriage,status education background and professional title(P>0.05).And personality of the nurses had significant influence on nurse’s bullying at work(P<0.05 or <0.01). Conclusion:Bullying at work exists in the nurses, which is influenced by their personality characteristics.
