老年冠心病患者的社区护理干预体会

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of community nursing for elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Method:100 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from Mar 2012 to Mar 2014 were selected,male for 65 cases,female for 35 cases,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The Control group was given regular nursing and the observation group was given diversified nursing intervention.The ADL,HAMD and PSQI scores in the two groups were compared after 3 months’ treatment.Result:The ADL scores in observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and HAMD and PSQI scores in observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community-diversified nursing intervention for elderly patients with coronary heart disease can significantly improve their quality of life.%目的：探讨老年冠心病患者的社区护理干预效果。方法：选择2012年3月-2014年3月笔者所在社区收治的100例老年冠心病患者，其中男65例，女35例，根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。两组患者均根据自身情况给予相应的药物治疗，对照组采取常规护理干预，观察组采取多元化社区护理干预。治疗3个月后，对两组患者的日常生活能力量表(ADL)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)结果进行比较。结果：观察组的ADL评分显著高于对照组，HAMD和PSQI评分均显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对老年冠心病患者施行社区多元化护理干预，可显著提高其生存质量。
