医务人员聚集性医院感染的流行病学调查与干预

摘要

目的：探讨呼吸科发生聚集性医院感染的有效应急措施及预防医院感染的各项制度和流程的有效落实，以防止类似医院感染事件的再次发生。方法：对呼吸科发生的4例医护人员不明原因肺炎病例进行流行病学调查及病原体检测，分析查找原因，积极采取综合性干预措施。结果：2014年10月8-13日某院呼吸科1周内共发生4例医护人员不明原因肺炎病例的聚集性医院感染事件，4例患者经治疗均痊愈出院，呼吸科暂未再出现同类感染事件。结论：这起医护人员聚集性医院感染事件可能的原因为肺炎衣原体感染，通过飞沫传播，采取隔离治疗、加强个人防护、环境消毒、科室有效通风等措施是阻断这起医院感染事件的有效途径。%Objective:To investigate the effective emergency measures against aggregated hospital infections,and effective implementation of the policies and procedures were applied to prevent hospital infections.Method:Epidemiological investigation and pathogen detection were used for the outbreak of an unexplained pneumonia contains four cases medical staffs in Department of Respiratory Medicine.The cause of this aggregated hospital infections were analyzed, and comprehensive interventions were took to prevent hospital infections.Result:There were four cases unexplained pneumonia,who were aggregated hospital infections in Department of Respiratory Medicine during October 8 to October 13 in 2014.After treatment,there was not recurrence of unexplained pneumonia occurred.Conclusion:Pneumoniae infection maybe the possible reasons for the aggregated hospital infection,which maybe spread by droplets.It is necessary to take effective measures to against hospital infection through taking isolation and treatment,strengthen personal protection,sterilization and effective ventilation and so on.
