目的：探讨儿童错颌畸形并发颞颌关节紊乱病患者采用正畸治疗的临床疗效分析。方法：回顾性分析我院收治的34例儿童错颌畸形患者并发颞颌关节紊乱病的临床治疗资料，比较患者采用正畸治疗前后的开口度、开口型、双侧髁突动度、颗领关节弹响、以及疼痛程度等情况。结果：颞颌关节紊乱病并发错颌畸形儿童在正畸治疗前后的开口度、开口型、双侧髁突动度、颗领关节弹响、以及疼痛程度等方面比较，p<0.05，正畸治疗对其患者具有显著的疗效。结论：正畸治疗对儿童错颌畸形并伴有颞颌关节紊乱病具有显著临床效果。%objective To explore children's malocclusion concurrent clinical efficacy in patients with temporomandibular joint disorder using orthodontic treatment analysis.
