基于DEA和灰色关联分析的我国海洋科技投入产出分析

         

摘要

Marine scientific and technological input-output efficiency as the main object of study, empirical calculation of the marine scientific and technological input-output efficiency using DEA method and grey relational analysis method of main factors affecting efficiency of marine science and technology in China. Research results show that marine science and technology is developing rapidly in China, but coastal waste exist in research resources in a particular area, input-output problems such as low efficiency of marine science and technology; number of marine scientific and technological input-output efficiency and investment in marine science and technology in China, the number of ocean science and technology senior staff and number of active personnel and marine science and technology activities are highly correlated. The results provide a reference can be configured to optimize the efficiency of marine science and technology in China, and to improve efficiency of marine science and technology.%论文以海洋科技投入产出效率为主要研究对象,运用DEA方法实证计算我国海洋科技投入产出效率,并通过灰色关联分析法得出影响我国海洋科技效率的主要因素。研究结果表明,我国海洋科技发展迅速,但沿海个别地区存在科研资源浪费,海洋科技投入产出效率过低等问题;我国海洋科技投入产出效率与投入海洋科技从业人员数、海洋科技活动高级职称人数和科技活动人员数及海洋科技活动人员数高度相关。该分析结果可为优化我国海洋科技效率配置提供参考,进而提高海洋科技效率。
