信息导侦理念下传统与现代侦查手段的关系——基于风险社会语境

警察作为风险社会的信息管理中心，在处理和减少社会风险中扮演核心角色。面对当前犯罪的风险，警察必须以信息主导侦查为理念，以信息化为核心，理顺传统与现代侦查手段的关系，将两者有机结合、灵活运用，采取“多侦多网联动、现场提取痕迹物证、视频锁定轨迹、技侦碰撞数据、侦查落地查证、物证认定罪犯”的多维立体侦查模式，实现对犯罪活动的精确打击。%As the centre of information management, the police play a key role in the treatment and reduction of social hazards in risk society.
