主动脉后型左肾静脉解剖变异的64层CT血管成像

摘要

Purpose: To evaluate the category and clinical significance of the variations on retroaortic trunk or branch of left renal vein with 64 - slice spiral CT angiography. Methods: CT angiographies of 500 patients were retrospectively analyzed. The variations on retroaortic trunk or branch of left renal vein were observed and classified. Results: The incidence of the variations on retroaortic trunk or branch of left renal vein was 7.2 ％ (36/500)including type Ⅰ (circumaortic left renal vein)in 15 cases, type Ⅱ (retroaortic left renal vein) in 17 cases and type Ⅲ (abnormal confluens branch) in 4 cases. No statistical difference of variation incidence of retroaortic trunk or branch of left renal vein was found between male and female. Conclusion: Anatomical variations on retroaortic trunk or branch of left renal vein can be observed with 64 - slice spiral CT angiography. The different categories of the variations show clinical significance in the guidance for renal surgery, renal transplantation and the diagnosis of some correlated diseases.%目的:利用64层螺旋CT血管成像探讨主动脉后型左肾静脉解剖变异的类型及其临床意义.方法:回顾性分析500例患者的64层螺旋CT肾血管成像资料,观察主动脉后型左肾静脉解剖变异并进行分型.结果:主动脉后型左肾静脉解剖变异的发生率为7.2%(36/500),包括Ⅰ型(主动脉后左肾静脉)15例.Ⅱ型(环主动脉左肾静脉)17例和Ⅲ型(异常回流分支)4例.男性和女性主动脉后型左肾静脉解剖变异发生率差异无检计学意义.结论:64层螺旋CT血管成像町用于观察主动脉后型左肾静脉解剖变异,不同的变异类型对指导肾脏手术、肾脏移植及相关疾病的诊断有重要的临床价值.
