PKP治疗椎体压缩性骨折恢复压缩椎体高度的临床研究

摘要

Objective:To study the clinical effect of applying high viscosity bone cement in the treatment of vertebral compression fracture to restore compression vertebral body height.Methods:The clinical data of 53 patients with vertebral compression fracture in 65 centrum were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were all given percutaneous kyphoplasty treatment,all used unilateral pedicle into the road.Results:The operations were successful in all patients.60 cases of postoperative compression vertebral body height were recovered.50 cases of postoperative Cobb angle were correctted.The patients' pains were all obviously alleviated.The differences of compression vertebral body height and Cobb angle before and after operation were all statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The percutaneous kyphoplasty in the treatment of vertebral compression fracture can effectively restore the compression vertebral body height,correct the Cobb angle.It is worthy of widely use.%目的：研究应用高黏度骨水泥治疗椎体压缩性骨折恢复压缩椎体高度的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析53例65个椎体压缩性骨折患者临床资料，患者均接受经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗，均采用单侧椎弓根入路。结果：患者手术均成功，60例术后压缩椎体高度得到恢复；50例术后Cobb角得到矫正；患者疼痛均得到明显缓解。术前及术后压缩椎体高度及Cobb角差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论：经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗椎体压缩性骨折能有效恢复压缩椎体高度，矫正Cobb角，值得推广应用。
