抗-E引起的输血反应及其配血分析

摘要

目的：介绍溶血性输血反应患者不规则抗体鉴定及交叉配血方法。方法：采用盐水法鉴定血型，并进行直接抗球蛋白试验测定效价，放散试验鉴定红细胞上吸附的抗体，以盐水法、抗球蛋白法和聚凝胺法进行不规则抗体鉴定和配血。结果：该患者血清学抗体检测结果证实有抗-E 抗体，为其找到了相配合的血液，输注后无不良反应，治疗效果良好。结论：输血前常规检测 RhE 抗原及 RhE 同型输注，对保证临床安全、有效的输血治疗具有重要意义。%Objective:To introduce irregular antibody identification and cross matching method of patients with hemolytic transfusion reaction.Methods:Using saline method identified the blood type.And direct antiglobulin test and anti globulin test measured the titer.The elution test identified the adsorption antibodies of red blood cell.The saline method,anti globulin test and polybrene were given irregular antibody identification and blood matching.Results:The test result of serological antibodies in patients showed that there were anti-E antibodies,finding a match for the blood,no adverse reactions after transfusion,the treatment effect was good.Conclusion:Conventional detection of RhE antigen and RhE same type infusion before blood transfusion has an important significance for ensuring clinical safe and effective transfusion treatment.
