急性下壁心肌梗死误诊为急性胰腺炎1例的讨论

摘要

Acute myocardial infarction is similar with the clinical manifestations of acute pancreatitis,for the elderly over 45 years of age,to take full account of the possibility of a variety of diseases,retrospective history,in patients with coronary heart disease and upper abdominal pain,even though the blood amylase increased slightly,it can not only consider the pancreatitis, should take into account the possibility of myocardial infarction,and timely examination of ECG to help diagnose.%目的：急性心肌梗死心与急性胰腺炎临床表现相似，对于年龄大于45岁的中老年人，要充分考虑各种疾病发生的可能性，追溯既往病史，对既往无冠心病和上腹痛的患者，即使血淀粉酶轻度增高，也不能仅考虑为胰腺炎，还应考虑到心肌梗死的可能，及时检查心电图以协助诊断。
