团队医生对社区糖尿病高危人群的早期干预在降低糖尿病发病率方面的意义

摘要

目的:探索团队医生对社区糖尿病高危人群的早期干预在降低社区糖尿病发病率方面的意义.方法:选取糖尿病高危人群60例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各30例.试验组由社区责任医生和责任护士对其进行宣教和健康指导,对照组在社区进行常规指导.两组成员每年都进行1次免费体检,3年后,比较两组的体检结果.结果:3年后,试验组的空腹血糖、餐后血糖和糖化血红蛋白均明显低于对照组(P<0.01).结论:团队医生对社区糖尿病高危人群的健康知识宣教和生活行为模式的早期干预,可以明显减少糖尿病的发病率.%Objective:To explore the significance of team doctors in the early intervention of community diabetes high risk group in reducing the incidence rate of diabetes.Methods:60 cases of diabetic high risk group were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 30 cases in each.The experimental group was given education and health guidance by community responsible doctors and responsible nurses.The control group was given routine instruction in the community.The members of the two group were given 1 free medical examination every year.After 3 years,the physical examinations of the two groups were compared.Results:After 3 years,the fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The health knowledge education and life behavior patterns of early intervention for community diabetes high risk group by team doctors can significantly reduce the incidence rate of diabetes.
