复方氯已定含漱液、维生素联合利多卡因凝胶涂抹创面治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床研究

摘要

目的:探讨复方氯已定含漱液、维生素联合利多卡因凝胶涂抹创面治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床效果.方法:收治复发性口腔溃疡患者75例,随机分为对照组37例和治疗组38例.对照组给予利多卡因凝胶涂抹创面,治疗组在对照组基础上加用氯已定含漱液、维生素B2治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果:治疗组有效率94.7%,明显高于对照组的75.7%(P<0.05).结论:复方氯已定含漱液、维生素联合利多卡因凝胶涂抹创面治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床效果显著.%Objective:To explore the clinical effect of compound chlorhexidine gargle,vitamin combined with lidocaine gel for treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.Methods:75 patients with recurrent oral ulcer were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group with 37 cases and the treatment group with 38 cases.The control group was given lidocaine gel for coating wound,the treatment group was given compound chlorhexidine gargle,vitamin B2 on the basis of the control group,we compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group of 94.7% was significantly higher than 75.7% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of compound chlorhexidine gargle,vitamin combined with lidocaine gel for treatment of recurrent oral ulcer was significant.
