孕前实施优生健康检查在优生优育中的意义分析

摘要

Objective:To explore the significance of eugenic health examination before pregnancy implementing in prepotency. Methods:The clinical data of women accepting eugenic health examination before pregnancy were analyzed.Results:219 cases suffered from various diseases(21.1% ),including 92 cases of infectious diseases(42.0% ),78 cases of reproductive system diseases(35.6% ),34 cases of hereditary disease(15.5% ) and 15 cases of internal disease(6.8% ).Conclusion:Eugenic health examination before pregnancy could improve the quality of fertility significantly and reduce the incidence of birth defects.%目的：探讨实施孕前优生健康检查在优生优育中的意义。方法：分析接受孕前优生健康检查的女性的临床资料。结果：219例患有各类疾病(21.1%)，其中传染性疾病92例(42.0%)，生殖系统类疾病78例(35.6%)，遗传性疾病34例(15.5%)，内科疾病15例(6.8%)。结论：孕前优生健康检查能够显著提高生育质量，降低出生缺陷发生率。
