中西医结合治疗普外科腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床疗效

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinical treatment effect of early inflammatory ileus after abdominal operation.Methods:80 patients with early inflammatory ileus after abdominal operation were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into groups.40 patients were given western medicine treatment as the control group,40 patients were given traditional Chinese and western medicine combination treatment as the observation group.The clinical curative effects and clinical symptoms improvement times were compared.Results:The clinical curative effect and clinical symptoms improvement time of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using traditional Chinese and western medicine combination treatment in early inflammatory ileus after abdominal operation in department of general surgery can improve the clinical curative effect,and promote the rapid recovery of patients.%目的：观察腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻临床治疗效果。方法：收治腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者80例，根据不同的治疗方法进行分组，接受西医治疗的40例患者为对照组，接受中西医结合治疗的40例患者为观察组，比较临床疗效和临床症状改善时间。结果：观察组的临床疗效和临床症状改善时间均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：采用中西医结合治疗普外科腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻可提高临床疗效，促使患者快速康复。
