护理干预对老年高血压住院患者睡眠质量的影响

摘要

Objective:To discuss the influence of elderly hypertensive patients hospitalized purposes nursing intervention on sleep quality.Methods:76 patients with elderly patients with hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups,38 cases in each.The control group only received basic and clinical nursing measures,and the observation targeted nursing intervention.We compared two groups of patients differences with dry prognosis,quality of sleep,bad mood and treatment compliance.Results:After intervention,the observation group sleep improved significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group bad mood were significantly lower than those of the control group;the treatment compliance,quality of life score of the observation group higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elderly hypertensive patients hospitalized targeted nursing intervention can improve the quality of sleep in patients.It can reduce the incidence of patients with negative emotions and improve patient treatment compliance,quality of life.%目的：探讨护理干预对老年高血压住院患者睡眠质量的影响。方法：收治老年高血压患者76例，随机分两组，各38例，对照组仅接受临床基础护理措施，观察组行针对性护理干预，比较两组患者干预后睡眠质量、不良情绪以及治疗依从性的差异。结果：干预后观察组睡眠改善程度明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组干预过程中不良情绪发生率明显低于对照组，治疗依从性、生活质量评分高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：对老年高血压住院患者行针对性护理干预可有效提高患者睡眠质量，对降低患者不良情绪发生率以及提高患者治疗依从性、生活质量具有重要作用。
