目的:探讨慢性胃炎患者的饮食保健策略及实施。方法:收治慢性胃炎患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组实施个性化饮食保健,对照组给予常规饮食保健,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性胃炎患者实施个性化饮食保健,有利于患者康复。%Objective:To explore the dietary health care strategies and implementation of chronic gastritis patients.Methods:100 patients with chronic gastritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The observation group was given personalized diet and health care,and the control group was given normal diet care, then we compared two groups of therapeutic effect.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of personalized dietary health care for patients with chronic gastritis was conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
