匹多莫德治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染所致慢性咳嗽的效果评析

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of pidotimod in the treatment of chronic cough caused by pediatric mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods:64 cases of patients with chronic cough caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae infection were divided into the control group and the experimental group randomly.The control group were given conventional treatment,such as azithromycin tablet.The experimental group were given pidotimod on the basis of conventional treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed.Results:The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pidotimod in the treatment of patients with chronic cough caused by pediatric mycoplasma pneumoniae infection had more significant effect,which could improve the clinical symptoms and signs and enhance the immunity of the patients.%目的：探讨匹多莫德治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染所致慢性咳嗽的效果。方法：收治肺炎支原体感染所致慢性咳嗽患者64例，随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用阿奇霉素片等常规治疗，试验组在常规治疗的基础上给予匹多莫德，观察两组治疗效果。结果：试验组治疗效果优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：肺炎支原体感染所致慢性咳嗽患者使用匹多莫德治疗后效果更加显著，能够改善患者体征和临床症状，增强患者的免疫功能。
