精神分裂症患者自杀死亡4例临床分析

摘要

Objective:To explore the way,cause and time of suicide death in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:1 200 patients with schizophrenia were selected,commit suicide in 4 cases,and the clinical data of 4 patients were summarized.Results:Suicide methods:2 cases hanged themselves,1 case of medication,1 case of weapon.Suicide Location:1 case at mental hospital,2 cases at home,1 case in public places.Suicide time:2∶00~6∶00 2 cases,6∶00~8∶00 1 case,12∶00~14∶00 1 case.Cause of death:2 cases of mental symptoms,1 case of psychological and social factors,1 case of individual factors.Conclusion:The main causes of death in patients with schizophrenia are mental symptoms,psychosocial factors,individual factors.%目的：探讨精神分裂症患者自杀死亡的方式、原因及时间。方法：收治精神分裂症患者1200例，发生自杀4例，对4例患者的临床资料进行总结。结果：自杀方式：自缢2例，服药1例，利器1例。自杀地点：精神病院1例，家2例，公共场所1例。自杀时间：2∶00～6∶002例，6∶00～8∶001例，12∶00～14∶001例。死亡原因：精神症状2例，心理社会因素1例，个人因素1例。结论：精神分裂症患者死亡原因主要有精神症状、心理社会因素、个人因素。
