CT引导下肝囊肿穿刺硬化30例治疗体会

摘要

目的：探讨CT引导下经皮穿刺硬化治疗肝囊肿的价值。方法：收治肝囊肿患者30例，所有患者均在CT引导下穿刺注入无水乙醇进行治疗。结果：治疗后，Ⅰ级3例(10.0%)，Ⅱ级12例(40.0%)，Ⅲ级15例(50.0%)，硬化有效率90.0%。结论：CT引导下穿刺治疗肝囊肿创伤小、疗效显著、恢复快。%Objective:To investigate the value of CT guided percutaneous puncture sclerosis in the treatment of hepatic cyst. Methods:30 patients with hepatic cyst were selected,and all patients were treated with CT guided puncture for injection of anhydrous alcohol.Results:After treatment,3 patients(10%) were grade Ⅰ,12 cases(40.0%) were grade Ⅱ,15 cases(50%) were grade Ⅲ,the effective rate of hardening was 90%.Conclusion:For CT guided percutaneous puncture for treatment of hepatic cyst, the wound was small,the effect was remarkable,and the recovery was quick.
