当代老年人的心理问题研究及心理护理探讨

摘要

Along with the Chinese society gradually entered the aging time,the old age problems,especially the elderly mental health problems are more and more concerned by the whole society.In this article,we describe the influence factors and the main symptoms of mental health problems in the elderly from three aspects:personal characteristics,family relationship and social economic relations.In view of these characteristics,we guide the elderly mental health and care,in order to improve the mental health level and quality of life of the elderly.%目的：随着中国社会逐步进入老龄化时代，老年问题，尤其是老年心理健康问题越来越引起全社会的关注。本文从个人特征、家庭关系和社会经济关系三个层面着手，描述老年人心理问题的影响因素及主要症状；并针对这些特点，对老年人的心理保健及护理进行指导，以提高老年人的心理健康水平和生存质量。
