分阶段责任管理制护理对50例糖尿病患者血糖、血脂及并发症的影响探讨

摘要

Objective:To explore the influence of phased responsibility management system nursing for the blood sugar,blood lipids and complications of 50 patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected. They were randomly divided into the control group and the nursing group with 25 cases in each group.The control group were given routine outpatient management,and the observation group were given phased responsibility management,then we compared blood glucose,blood lipid and complications of the two groups.Results:In the nursing group,the levels of TC,TG,FPG,2hPG and HbA1c were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the nursing group,the complication rate of 4.00% was significantly lower than 24% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Phased responsibility management can strengthen the awareness of patients for the disease of diabetes,and promote patients with clinical treatment.It can control blood sugar,blood lipids levels,and reduce complications.%目的：探讨分阶段责任管理制对于糖尿病患者并发症、血脂、血糖影响。方法：收治2型糖尿病患者50例，随机分为对照组和护理组各25例，对照组采取常规门诊管理，观察组采取分阶段责任管理，对比两组血糖、血脂、并发症控制情况。结果：护理组TC、TG、FPG、2hPG、HbA1c水平明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。护理组并发症发生率4.00%，明显低于对照组的24.00%(P＜0.05)。结论：分阶段责任管理制能使糖尿病患者加强对疾病认识，配合临床治疗，控制血糖、血脂水平，减少并发症发生。
