剧烈运动导致横纹肌溶解症1例临床报告

摘要

In this article,the author analyzes 1 case of strenuous exercise induced rhabdomyolysis.After the positive and effective symptomatic treatment,the patients are recovered and discharged.The disease begins acute,and the illness changes fast.It can quickly become acute renal failure if it is not given timely treatment.It needs to pay high attention by the clinicians,especially the emergency department physician.%本文对1例剧烈运动导致横纹肌溶解症患者进行分析,经积极有效的对症治疗后,患者痊愈出院.该病起病急,病情变化快,如不及时救治很快可发展成为急性肾功能衰竭,需引起临床医生尤其是急诊科医师的高度重视.
