综合康复对大鼠受压坐骨神经微血管生成的影响

         

摘要

Objective:To explore the influence of rehabilitation training combined acupuncture therapy on the microvascular generation of compressed sciatic nerve in rat.Methods:40 cases of male SD rats with successful modeling were randomly divided into four groups.The paraffin section of middle specimen from compressed nerve in rat were given immunohistochemical staining for CD34,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),the nerve microvascular density (MVD) and VEGF expression were observed. Results:The MVD and VEGF expression of the group B,group C,group D were higher than that of the group A(P<0.05).The MVD and VEGF expression of the group D were higher than that of the group B and group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation training and acupuncture therapy had promoting effect on the microvascular generation of compressed sciatic nerve in rat,and the both joint had better effect.%目的:探讨康复训练联合针刺疗法对大鼠卡压坐骨神经微血管生成的影响。方法:造模成功的雄性SD大鼠40只,随机分为4组。取大鼠卡压神经中段标本石蜡切片进行CD34、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)免疫组化染色,观察神经微血管密度(MVD)及 VEGF 表达。结果:B、C、D 组 MVD 及 VEGF 表达均高于 A 组(P<0.05)。D 组 MVD 及VEGF 表达均高于 B 组和 C组(P<0.05)。结论:康复训练及针刺疗法对大鼠受卡压坐骨神经微血管生成有促进作用,二者联合运用,效果更优。
