高频电凝导管电极微创治疗静脉曲张98例临床分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of electric coagulation minimally invasive treatment in patients with varicosis of great saphenous vein.Methods:Adopting controllable HWDJ-1 high frequency electric coagulation catheter electrode minimally invasive treatment of 98 patients with lower extremity varicose veins(115 cases of limb).Intraoperative cut high ligation of great saphenous vein roots and five branches(superficial circumflex iliac vein,superficial epigastric vein,external pudendal vein, superficial vein and superficial femoral vein).The saphenous vein and small branches using intracavity electric coagulation combined with percutaneous puncture electric coagulation method.Results:The operations were successful,10 cases with subcutaneous induration,6 cases of skin burns and 1 case of recurrent varicose veins.Conclusion:Controllable high frequency electrocoagulation electrode catheter for minimally invasive treatment in patients with varicose vein has the advantages of simple operation,short operation time,less bleeding,shorter hospitalization time and postoperative recovery.%目的：探讨电凝术微创治疗下肢大隐静脉曲张的效果分析。方法：采用 HWDJ-1可控高频电凝导管电极微创治疗下肢静脉曲张患者98例(患肢115条)。术中高位切断结扎大隐静脉的根部及5条属支(旋髂浅静脉、腹壁浅静脉、阴部外静脉、股内侧浅静脉和股外侧浅静脉)。大隐静脉主干及小分支采用腔内电凝与经皮穿刺电凝相结合的方法。结果：手术均获成功，并发皮下硬结10例，出现皮肤灼伤6例，出现曲张静脉复发1例。结论：可控高频电凝导管电极微创治疗大隐静脉曲张具有操作简便、手术时间短、出血少、住院时间短、术后恢复快的优点。
