中医针灸综合疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎的效果分析

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture comprehensive therapy in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:60 patients with ankylosing spondylitis were selected.They were treated by traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture comprehensive therapy.We observed the effect of treatment.Results:In TCM symptom score, morning stiffness time,spinal mobility,thoracic mobility,CRP,ESR,compared before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture comprehensive therapy in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis was significant.%目的：探讨中医针灸综合疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床效果。方法：收治强直性脊柱炎患者60例，均采用中医针灸综合疗法，观察治疗效果。结果：在中医症状积分、早晨僵硬时间、脊柱活动度、胸廓活动度、CRP、ESR等方面，治疗前后比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中医针灸综合疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效显著。
