贝前列素钠联合奥美沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of beraprost sodium combined with olmesartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:80 patients with early DN were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were given olmesartan, and the treatment group were treated with olmesartan and beraprost sodium treatment.The effects of two groups were compared. Results:The differences of 24 h urinary albumin excretion rate,high sensitive C reactive protein,plasma D two dimer and fibrinogen level after the treatment of two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Beraprost sodium combined with olmesartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy can decrease the urine protein level significantly,and improve the patients endothelial function and fibrinolytic activity,to delay the diabetic nephropathy.%目的：探讨贝前列素钠联合奥美沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的疗效。方法：收治早期糖尿病肾病患者80例，随机分为两组，对照组给予奥美沙坦治疗，治疗组给予奥美沙坦和贝前列素钠治疗。比较两组疗效。结果：治疗后两组24 h尿微量白蛋白定量、超敏C反应蛋白、血浆D－二聚体及血浆纤维蛋白原水平差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：贝前列素钠联合奥美沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病能显著降低尿微量蛋白水平，改善患者的内皮功能和纤溶活性，延缓糖尿病肾病。
