基层医院抢救严重多发性创伤200例体会

摘要

城镇一级的医院创伤外科力量薄弱，而这些地带往往不是创伤患者就诊最早、最多的地点。本文对20多年救治的严重多发性创伤患者200例进行分析探讨，并对基层医院如何有效地开展创伤急救工作，谈几点粗浅体会。%The trauma surgery department strength of the town level hospital is weak,but these areas are often not the most location and the earliest time of the trauma patients to be treated.In this paper,we analyzed the treatment of 200 cases of patients with severe multiple trauma in the last 20 years,and how to effectively carry out the trauma emergency work of the grass-roots hospital to talk about a few superficial understanding.
