椎管内麻醉无痛分娩对新生儿的远期影响分析

摘要

目的：分析椎管内麻醉无痛分娩对新生儿的远期影响。方法：收治行阴道分娩的正常足月单胎妊娠产妇118例，按照是否采取镇痛措施分为观察组和对照组，每组59例。观察组行椎管内麻醉无痛分娩，对照组不采取镇痛措施，比较两组产妇的新生儿Apgar评分、血气分析指标与随访2年后AAMD-ABS评分情况。结果：观察组产妇的新生儿在出生后1 min和5 min的Apgar评分、血pH、PO2和PCO2水平以及AAMD-ABS总评分与对照组均具有较高一致性(P＞0.05)。结论：椎管内麻醉无痛分娩对新生儿的远期影响不显著，即安全性较高。%Objective:To analyze the long-term effect of painless parturition by intraspinal anesthesia on the newborn.Methods:According to whether the analgesia measures,118 cases of normal full-term maternal with vaginal delivery were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 59 cases in each group.The observation group were given painless parturition by intraspinal anesthesia,the control group were not given analgesic action.The neonatal Apgar score,blood gas analysis index and AAMD-ABS followed up for 2 years of the maternal in the two groups were compared.Results:The Apgar score of 1 min and 5 min after the birth of newborns,pH,PO2 and PCO2 levels and AAMD-ABS total score in the observation group had high consistency with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Painless parturition by intraspinal anesthesia had no significant long-term effect on the newborn and had higher security.
