单纯等离子射频消融术与等离子射频消融结合臭氧术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的不同疗效比较

摘要

目的：观察单纯等离子射频消融术与等离子射频消融结合臭氧术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的不同疗效。方法：收治腰椎间盘突出症患者40例，分为等离子射频消融结合臭氧治疗组(A组，20例)、单纯等离子射频消融治疗组(B组，20例)进行治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：1周、1个月、3个月、6个月后，A组优良率分别是75%、85%、90%、95%，B组优良率分别是65%、75%、85%、85%。结论：等离子射频消融结合臭氧术治疗腰椎间盘突出症较单纯等离子射频消融术治疗椎间盘突出症疗效更加显著，且中远期疗效更稳定。%Objective:To explore the different curative effect of simple plasma radiofrequency ablation and plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone technique for treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:40 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected,and they were divided into the plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone treatment group(A group,20 cases),and simple plasma radiofrequency ablation treatment group(B group,20 cases).We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:After 1 week,1 month,3 months,6 months,the excellent and good rate of A group were 75%,85%,90%,95% respectively,while the excellent and good rate of B group were 65%,75%,85%,85% respectively.Conclusion:Compared with simple plasma radiofrequency ablation,the curative effect of plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone technique for treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation was more significant,and long-term effect was more stable.
