The surgical instrument arrangement for lumbar disc herniation is structured from a body (1) with a vacuum inlet (2), and has a serum inlet (3), and from which the cannula (4) is projected, with a spindle with thread (5) along the entire cannula and with a self-cutting tip (6), which provides greater control and effectiveness in removing the herniated disc and greater force in extruding the herniated disc. The model further provides that the body (1) is provided with a transparent acrylic visor, which allows the display of the amount of fabric removed.
