目的：探讨腹腔镜超声在腹腔镜肝胆手术中的应用价值。方法：收治行腹腔镜肝胆手术患者50例，所有患者均经超声探查后，分别实施肝胆肿块切除手术，统计手术成功率及并发症状况。结果：50例患者均经腹腔镜超声行肝胆手术，术后对患者进行超声检查显示，50例患者手术均成功，术后未出现严重并发症。结论：腹腔镜超声检查具有快捷、简单、准确的优势，及时探查病灶状况，具有较强的灵敏度，能够提高肝胆手术的成功率。%Objective:To explore the application value of laparoscopic ultrasonography in laparoscopic hepatobiliary operation. Methods:50 patients with laparoscopic hepatobiliary operation were selected,all patients were given the ultrasonography,and then were given hepatobiliary tumor resection operation.We analyzed the operation success rate and complications.Results:50 patients were given hepatobiliary operation through laparoscopic ultrasound.After operation,patients were given ultrasound examination. The operation of 50 patients were successful,and there was no serious complications after operation.Conclusion:Laparoscopic ultrasonography had many advantages,such as fast,simple and accurate.It can check the lesion status in time,had good sensitivity, and improve the success rate of hepatobiliary operation.
