武汉市洪山区儿童血铅水平及相关因素分析

摘要

目的：了解洪山区0～6岁儿童血铅水平分布状况及相关因素，为预防儿童铅中毒提供依据。方法：0～6岁儿童手指末梢血1227例按年龄分为两组，采用原子吸收光谱仪检测两组血铅水平。结果：Ⅰ组铅超标率1.11%，铅中毒率0.16%。Ⅱ组铅超标率0.67%，铅中毒率0。结论：洪山区儿童血铅水平处于国内中等水平，但仍高于发达国家。%Objective:To explore the blood lead levels and related factors of from 0 to 6 years old children in hongshan district and to provide basis for the prevention of lead poisoning in children.Methods:1 227 cases from 0 to 6 years old children were divided into two groups according to the age,and the blood lead levels of two groups were detected by atomic absorption spectrometer.Results:The over-standard lead of Ⅰ group was 1.11%,and the lead poisoning rate was 0.16%.The over-standard lead of Ⅱ group was 0.67%,and the lead poisoning rate was 0%.Conclusion:The blood lead level of children in hongshan district was medium level in domestic,but still higher than the developed countries.
