临床医学中血液细胞检验的质量控制分析

摘要

Objective:To analyze the influence factors of quality control of blood cell test in clinical medicine.Methods:128 cases with blood cell detection were selected from September 2013 to September 2014.Factors related to blood cell detection quality were analyzed.Results:The detection results of blood samples with different anticoagulant ratio and different time period conditions were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are many factors that influence the quality of blood cell test in clinical medicine.To obtain more accurate test results,every aspect should be strictly controlled.%目的：分析临床医学中血液细胞检验质量控制的相关影响因素。方法：2013年9月-2014年9月行血液细胞检测者128例，对影响血液细胞检测质量的相关因素进行分析。结果：不同抗凝配比与不同时间段条件下血液标本的检测结果对比，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：影响临床医学中血液细胞的检测质量因素较多，若想获取更为精确的检验结果，需严格控制每一个环节。
