激素联合受体激动剂吸入与单纯激素吸入治疗小儿哮喘探讨

摘要

目的：探讨糖皮质激素联合长效β2受体激动剂吸入与单纯糖皮质激素吸入治疗小儿哮喘的效果。方法：2013年1-12月收治小儿哮喘患者60例，将其随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组以单纯糖皮质激素进行治疗；观察组以糖皮质激素联合长效β2受体激动剂进行治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果：观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组，两组患者在治疗有效率上存在显著差异，具有统计意义(P＜0.05)。且观察组的治疗安全性明显高于对照组。结论：糖皮质激素联合受体激动剂吸入治疗小儿哮喘临床效果显著，安全性较高，该种联合法明显优于单纯激素治疗法。%Objective:To explore the effect of glucocorticoid combined with long-acting beta 2 receptor agonist inhalation and simple glucocorticoid inhalation in treatment of asthma in children.Methods:60 cases of children asthma were selected from January to December 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The patients of the control group were treated by simple glucocorticoid,and the observation group with glucocorticoid combined with long-acting beta 2 agonists for treatment.The treatment effect of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The treatment effect of patients in the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group,the effective rate of treatment of the patients in the two groups showed significant difference,the results with statistical significance(P<0.05).The safety of the treatment of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:Glucocorticoid combined with receptor agonist inhalation in treatment of children asthma with significant clinical effect,high safety,this kind of combined method is better than simple hormone therapy.
