关节镜技术配合微创处理治疗膝关节创伤患者的临床疗效研究

摘要

目的：探讨关节镜技术配合微创处理治疗膝关节创伤患者的临床疗效。方法：2012年9月-2014年9月收治膝关节创伤患者124例，根据患者具体情况分为观察组和对照组，每组62例，对照组采用常规保守方法进行治疗，观察组采用关节镜技术配合微创处理进行治疗，观察并比较两组的治疗效果。结果：对照组治疗总有效率、Neer评分优良率分别为69.4%、67.8%，观察组分别为88.7%、96.8%，对照组均明显低于观察组，P＜0.05，有统计学意义；观察组关节头坏死、脱位、异位骨化、关节感染并发症发生率均明显低于对照组，P＜0.05，有统计学意义。结论：关节镜技术配合微创处理治疗膝关节创伤疗效显著，并发症发生率低。%Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of the arthroscopic technique combined with minimally invasive treatment of knee joint trauma patients.Methods:124 patients with knee trauma were selected from September 2012 to September 2014. According to the specific circumstances of the patients divided into observation group and the control group,with 62 cases in each. The control group used conventional conservative methods of treatment,the observation group with arthroscopic technique combined with minimally invasive treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The control group total effective rate,good rate of Neer score were 69.4% and 67.8%,the observation group were 88.7% and 96.8%,the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group,there was statistically significant(P<0.05);patients in the observation group joint head necrosis,dislocation,heterotopic ossification,joint infection complication rates were significantly lower than the control group,there was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of the arthroscopic technique combined with minimally invasive treatment is outstanding,the complication rates is low.
