多层螺旋CT在胸部闭合性损伤中的应用

摘要

Objective:To investigate the performance of multi-slice spiral CT in closed injury of chest.Methods:95 cases of blunt chest injury were selected.We analyzed the pulmonary imaging features and histopathology changes.All subjects were given CT scan,and all patients were followed up for more than half a year.Results:The clinical manifestations of multi-slice spiral CT were rib fracture in 20 cases,15 cases of pneumothorax,hemothorax in 45 cases,15 cases of mixed type.The lesions of 20 cases were in the upper lobe of the lung,the lesions of 20 cases were in middle lobe,55 cases were in the lower section of lung.The lesions of 55 cases were distributed in the peripheral,20 cases were distributed in the central,4 cases were randomly distributed.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of disease of TCM of blunt chest injury,CT scanning had good auxiliary effect,but the final diagnosis still need the etiological examination.%目的：探讨胸部闭合性损伤患者的多层螺旋CT临床表现。方法：收治胸部闭合性损伤患者95例，分析其肺部影像学特征、组织病理学改变。所有研究对象均进行CT扫描，所有患者随访超过半年。结果：其中多层螺旋CT临床表现肋骨骨折20例，气胸15例，血胸45例，混合型15例。病灶在肺叶上段20例，病灶在肺叶中段20例，病灶在肺叶下段55例。病灶分布于外周55例，分布于中央20例，分布具有随意性4例。结论：在胸部闭合性损伤的中医病症的诊断中，CT扫描具有较好的辅助作用，但最终确诊还需要病原学检查。
