早期护理干预对早产儿咽下综合征的影响

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of early nursing intervention on premature infants with swallowing syndrome.Methods:80 cases of premature infants were selected from January 2012 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into 2 groups.The conventional group were given routine cleaning respiratory secretions treatment for premature infants after birth,while the control group were given positive psychological and support on the basis of conventional treatment during pregnant women childbirth,after delivery within 24 hours,preterm infants were given gastric lavage,hydrotherapy,massage and other processing measures.Results:In swallow syndrome incidence of premature infants,the routine group was 30%,and the control group was 0.05%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of early nursing intervention measures was significant to prevent premature infant swallow syndrome.%目的：探讨通过早期护理干预措施对预防早产儿咽下综合征的影响。方法：2012年1月-2013年12月收治早产儿80例，随机分成两组，常规组通过对早产儿分娩后进行常规清理呼吸道分泌物处理，对照组采用常规处理基础上，在孕妇分娩过程中积极给予心理疏导与支持，分娩后的早产儿24 h内，给予洗胃、洗肠、抚触等处理措施。结果：常规组早产儿咽下综合征发生率30%，对照组为0.05%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：早期护理干预措施对预防早产儿咽下综合征效果显著。
