腹茧症是一种临床罕见疾病，本文简要分析1例腹茧症合并右侧卵巢巨大畸胎瘤案例，以供探讨。%Abdominal cocoon syndrome is a rare clinical disease.In this paper,the author briefly analyzes one case of abdominal cocoon complicated with a large right ovarian teratoma for discussion.
