NCPAP联合氨溴索治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征临床观察

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of NCPAP combined with ambroxol in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Methods:56 patients with NRDS were selected from October 2011 to May 2014.Clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:50 cases(89.3%) were cured;2 cases were improved and discharged;2 cases were transferred to higher level hospital;2 cases(3.6%) died.Conclusion:The clinical effect of NCPAP combined with ambroxol in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome was significant.%目的：探讨经鼻持续气道正压通气(NCPAP)联合氨溴索治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的效果。方法：2011年10月-2014年5月收治新生儿呼吸窘迫综合症(NRDS)患儿56例，回顾性分析临床资料。结果：治愈50例(89.3%)，2例好转出院，2例转上级医院，2例(3.6%)死亡。结论：NCPAP联合氨溴索治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的效果显著。
