Objective:To analyze the influence of family-oriented health education on the self-efficacy of community hypertension patients for accumulating experience to improve the prognosis of the patients.Methods:98 patients with hypertension were selected from January 2010 to December 2013.They were as the research objects.According to the draw random sampling method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 49 cases in each.The control group received the routine community health education.The observation group received the family-oriented health education model.6 months after the implementation,the self-efficacy improvements of patients in two groups were compared.Results:Before the implementation of health education,the comparative differences of self-efficacy scores and each dimension scores of patients in two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the implementation,in addition to blood pressure monitoring,the scores of the observation group were significantly increased than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The family-oriented health education can help patients to relieve various psychological burden through the family,establish good self control ability,and significantly improve the self-efficacy.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.%目的:分析以家庭为中心的健康教育对社区高血压患者自我效能的影响,为改善患者预后积累经验。方法:2010年1月-2013年12月收治高血压患者98例作为研究对象,按照抽签随机取样法将其分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组实施常规社区健康教育;观察组实施以家庭为中心的健康教育模式。实施6个月后,比较两组患者自我效能改善情况。结果:实施健康教育前,两组患者自我效能总分及各维度评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);实施后,除血压监测外,观察组各项评分均较对照组有显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:以家庭为中心的健康教育通过家庭帮助患者减轻各种心理负担,建立良好的自我控制能力,显著提高其自我效能,值得临床上推广应用。
