胃镜下套扎治疗胃间质瘤并成功回收瘤体40例临床观察

摘要

Objective:To investigate the significance of sleeve body and the recovery of tumor stromal tumor ligation in the treatment of stomach.Methods:40 cases of gastric stromal tumor were selected.The preparation of preoperative was same with painless gastroscopy.Patients were given the line ligation device for treating common gastroscope sleeve after anesthesia.All layers of stomach that the diameter<12 mm along with cancer inhalated into the transparent cap,then released the rubber ring,but for the superficial and larger lesions.We can choose the nylon endoloop,nylon rope in the lesions of the basal through the biopsy channel,tighten the nylon rope,and then made the mucosal surface tumor of gastric and normal mucosa together using clipping metal titanium clamp.Results:After 5~7 days of the rubber ring off in all patients,the tumor with titanium clip attached to the stomach wall,and recoved with the trap successful.Conclusion:Ligation of gastric stromal tumor and recoveration of tumor stromal has extremely important significance on postoperative pathological diagnosis and guide the treatment of patients.%目的：探讨套扎治疗胃间质瘤并回收瘤体的意义。方法：选取40例良性胃间质瘤患者。术前准备同无痛胃镜，待患者麻醉后，行普通胃镜下的套扎器治疗，将直径＜12 mm连同肿瘤在内的全层胃壁吸入透明帽，释放橡皮圈，对于较大而表浅的病变，可选择尼龙绳套扎，通过活检孔道将尼龙绳置于病变基底部，勒紧尼龙绳，然后用金属钛夹器将瘤体表面黏膜同胃壁正常黏膜夹闭在一起。结果：全部患者在5～7 d内橡皮圈脱落后，瘤体同金属钛夹附于胃壁，用圈套成功回收。结论：套扎治疗胃间质瘤并回收瘤体对术后病理学诊断和指导患者治疗有着极其重要意义。
