脊柱结核外科治疗的探讨

摘要

目的：探讨脊柱结核外科治疗方法及其临床效果。方法：收治脊柱结核患者38例，开展手术治疗，根据不同情况选择合适的术式，行前入路手术治疗17例，行前后联合入路手术治疗21例，观察相关指标。结果：经观察、统计，前后联合入路组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间要显著高于前路组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；前路组患者出现伤口感染2例，前后联合入路组患者出现伤口红肿，少量脓液3例，治疗后均恢复。结论：脊柱结核外科手术治疗方法众多，根据患者病变部位、范围选择合适的手术方法十分重要。%Objective:To investigate the surgical treatment of spinal tuberculosis and its clinical effect.Methods:38 patients with spinal tuberculosis were selected,and they were given surgical treatment.According to different conditions to choose the right type of surgery,patients with anterior approach in the surgical treatment of 17 cases,combined anterior and posterior approach surgery in 21 cases.We observed correlation index.Results:Through observation and statistics,the operation time,blood loss and length of stay of the combined anterior and posterior approach group were significantly higher than that of the anterior group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 patients with wound infection in the anterior group,in the combined anterior and posterior approach group,patients with wound swelling,a small amount of pus in 3 cases,after the treatment they were recovered. Conclusion:Surgical treatment of spinal tuberculosis is numerous.According to the location of the lesion,the choice of appropriate surgical methods is very important.
