早期类风湿性关节炎患者应用大活络胶囊结合小剂量激素合甲氨蝶呤治疗的临床效果评价

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of dahuoluo capsule combined with small doses of hormone and methotrexate in the treatment of patients with early rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:90 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with small doses of hormone and methotrexate.The experiment group was treated with dahuoluo capsule based on the control group.The improvement of clinical biochemical indexes and clinical performance in the two groups were compared.Results:There were statistically significant differences of IL-1,TNF-α, RF and ESR levels between the two groups(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences of articular swelling pain, articular pain,morning stiffness duration and VAS scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dahuoluo capsule combined with small doses of hormone and methotrexate in the treatment of patients with early rheumatoid arthritis had significant clinical effect.%目的：探讨早期类风湿性关节炎患者应用大活络胶囊结合小剂量激素合甲氨蝶呤的临床治疗效果。方法：收治类风湿性关节炎患者90例，随机分为两组。对照组给予小剂量激素合甲氨蝶呤治疗，试验组在对照组基础上给予大活络胶囊治疗，比较两组临床生化指标变化及临床表现改善情况。结果：两组IL-1水平、TNF-α水平、RF水平以及ESR水平相比，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组关节肿痛、关节压痛、晨僵时间、VAS评分相比，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：早期风湿性关节炎患者应用大活络胶囊结合小剂量激素合甲氨蝶呤治疗效果显著。
